We were married in Newtownabbey Methodist Mission in Newtownabbey on 28th August 2010.
I arrived at the church in the Princess semi state coach, horse and carriage from Joanne Orr Carriages in Newcastle. Joanne and her husband were both fantastic, they coloured co-ordinated the feathers on the horses head pieces and we even got to pick out our own horses!
My bridesmaids arrived in a cream Daimler from Vintage cars, Newtownhamilton. After the ceremony we left in the horse and carriage and then changed over into a Vintage Daimler.
We had our photographs taken at Sentury Hill, Newtownabbey by Bright Sparks photography. Mark, who owns Bright Sparks is very professional and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I stepped out of the carriage at the church. Mark has an amazing talent, I didn’t even notice him taking photos at the church and these are the most beautiful photos I have seen as they are all so natural! I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Our reception was held in the Tullyglass House Hotel In Ballymena. The staff and venue were fantastic. As soon as we pulled up in our vintage car we were greeted with a lovely glass of champagne and a red carpet.
Our reception room was decorated by DumDumDeDum who were absolutely brilliant, the room was exactly how I wanted it, light curtain behind the top table and around the cake table, pink filled martini glasses with floating candles, pink chair covers and table runners, Bride and Groom air walkers.....The list goes on!
I had a 8 tier cupcake stand covered in diamonds which I attached by hand, a castle topper which was also covered in diamonds. The cupcakes had pink icing, were covered in pink glitter and were made by Ashers Baking company in Ballyearl.
