Answer: Hi Lorraine
You can use buttercream to stick your chocolate curls to the side o your chocolate cake.
1 LB Butter
2 LB Icing sugar
Beat the butter till white then slowly add in the icing sugar you can add some vanilla to flavour to this add some boiling hot water to this just 2 tsp and your buttercream will be lovely and light .
If you are using white chocolate curls you are better to use white buttercream ,if you are using milk or dark chocolate curls you can add some ganache to your buttercream this with add colour and great flavour .
