Uses of Dermablend Products
AGE SPOTS:
Cover with either Cover Crème or Leg and Body
BRUISING:
Depending on the location of the bruise, it can be covered with either Cover Crème or Leg and Body
BURNS:
Depending of the location on the body, use Cover Crème or Leg and Body. Make sure the burn is completely healed and not weeping.
FRECKLES:
For complete coverage use Cover Crème; for lighter coverage use Reflections Foundation®

FAQ's
1. How do I apply Dermablend?
Dermablend can be applied with the fingertips or sponge, whichever works best for you.
Apply to clean, moisturized skin. (Dermablend Moisturizer is recommended)
Remove Cover Crème in a sweeping motion from container (do not dig out), apply to palm of hand and warm in a circular motion. Apply to face with fingertips or sponge.
If problem area is not covered completely, apply extra coverage just where needed in a PAT-DAB motion to give complete coverage.
Set with Dermablend Setting Powder, This is the most important step. Dermablend Setting Powder must be used to set Dermablend. Apply powder in a patting motion to entire area where Cover Crème has been used. The powder must set for 2 to 3 minutes, then gently brush off excess powder.
2. Can I use Dermablend in conjunction with other foundations?
Yes, but you must follow these application tips for best results:
- Apply to cleansed moisturized skin.
- Apply foundation first and then Dermablend where needed. (If you apply Dermablend first, you will move the coverage while applying your foundation.)
- Set with Dermablend Powder.
Example: If you are covering dark eye circles:
- Apply Moisturizer.
- Apply Foundations as usual.
- Apply Dermablend under eyes in patting motion and blend into surrounding skin.
- Set with Powder.
Dark circles will stay covered all day.
3. Can Dermablend be used as a full foundation?
Yes, for a beautiful flawless look, all day long, Dermablend is the answer. You do not have to have a skin imperfection to wear Dermablend.
4. How do I match my colour?

5. Do I need a moisturizer?
Yes, Dermablend Moisturizer is made to work very well with the Cover Creams and Leg & Body.
6. Do I have to use Dermablend Setting Powder?
Yes, This is the most important step to Dermablend's wearability. This Setting powder makes it water-resistant and smudge-resistant. We cannot guarantee the wearability without the use of the Setting Powder. After applying Setting Powder, make sure you have completely covered the Dermablend. Touch your face to be sure there is no area uncovered. Available in 3 shades Original(white), Cool Beige, and Warm Saffron.
7. Is Dermablend made for all skin types?
Yes, the emollients in the Cover Crèam moisturize the skin. The Setting powder absorbs oils, for those with oily skin. Dermatologists very highly recommend Dermablend.
8. Will it come off on my clothing or rub off?
There are two reasons why this may happen:
- Not using Dermablend Setting powder, or not setting it well enough.
- Using a moisturizer that is too heavy – Dermablend Hydrating Complex Crème is recommended.
9. I'm having trouble getting the product to cover.
Apply light application first, then add extra coverage in a motion only where needed, blend into skin.
10. Can anyone use Dermablend?
Yes, Dermablend can be used on men, women and children.
11. Can I use Leg & Body on my face?
No, we do not recommend Leg & Body be used on the face. It is too drying. The Leg & Body is for the neck down. This product will dry completely.
12. Leg & Body came off on my clothing and furniture. Why?
Leg & Body must dry. Powder must not be applied until it is completely dry. Too much moisturizer (baby oil or heavy moisturizer) will interfere with drying of Leg & Body.
Cover with Dermablend Cover Crème
Select the Cover Crème shade closest to your skin tone by matching your jaw bone. Apply to the palm of your hand and using a circular motion warm and soften with fingertips; then apply to moisturised skin in a dab-pat motion. Also available in a compact for those who prefer sponge application.
Set with Dermablend Setting Powder
Pat on Setting Powder generously to the entire area you have covered using the supplied powder puff. Make sure you cover the entire area! Allow powder to dry 2-3 minutes, then lightly brush off excess. The setting powder will ensure the smudge-resistance, water-resistance and 16-hour long lasting wearability of Dermablend products.
Remove with Dermablend Remover
Pour a small amount of quick dissolving Remover into hands. Lightly massage onto skin using a circular motion. Remove with a damp washcloth.
