The Phoenix Suite - Ground Floor
The main ballroom can accommodate up to 600 people in reception style and seat up to 400 people for dinner. Sound proof partitions allow the Ballroom to be divided into three separate areas, the largest of which features a well stocked function bar with the other two ideal for receptions and cocktail receptions. The Ballroom can be configured to suit most weddings with its adjoining kitchen and built in bar areas.

Suite is the perfect setting for a wedding for up to 90 guests with the College Suite and Castle Suite ideally suited for smaller parties of between 24 and 40. This stand alone function area has external access and a dedicated, customised foyer area to guarantee privacy for your special day. Castleknock Hotel and Country Club has a dedicated Wedding Coordinator on-site who will work with you to reserve your dates, plan the schedule of events and coordinate all food and beverage details, including menu design as well as assisting with other aspects of your wedding.

Our Wedding Coordinator will be pleased to recommend entertainment services to enhance your wedding such as string quartets, harpists, pianists and bands. Our dedicated team of professionals can also recommend photographers to capture moments of your special day.
